Cancellation Disclaimer

All balances are due upon booking. We require at least FOUR (4) participants enrolled in a class series in order for class session to run. Should a class series be cancelled due to low enrollment, registrants will be notified no later than 48 hours (2 calendar days) prior to class series start date and a full refund will be issued. Registrants may cancel their participation in a class series up to 48 hours (2 calendar days) prior to session start date. Cancellations and refunds requested after the 48 hour (2 calendar day) cancellation deadline but prior to the start of session will be issued a full refund less a 20% cancellation fee per class series. Any individual classes that are cancelled by Comeback Dance Collective during an active class series due to but not limited to the following reasons: teacher illness, weather, personal emergency, etc. will be communicated to participants via email at least 4 hours before the start of class, and either a single class credit per participant will be issued, or a single make up class will be offered as an alternative. To keep our classes running smoothly, fees will not be pro-rated or adjusted for missed classes, whether absences are planned (upcoming vacation, for example) or unplanned (illness, for example).
